A vocal advocate for trans issues, she released her 2017 single “Faces” which was accompanied by two videos, one “unofficial” version of which featured a plethora of friends and allies including Angelica Ross, Laverne Cox, Tituss Burgess, among others, lipsynching the lyrics.
With one of the earliest performance times of the day, Mila took the stage with undeniable energy. Her stage theatrics were on full display, packing her short set with choreographed segments with dancers and powerful LGBTQ messaging.
