I don’t know too much about Gia, but if her performance at L.A. PRIDE is any indication, I’m sure she’ll be put on a lot of critics “ones to watch” list in due course.

This 18 year old, LA-based pop artist has been working on an EP with tracks produced by Bob Dylan’s grandson, Pablo Dylan, Kygo and Switch, and has been creating a bit of a buzz with her smoldering voice and catchy melodies.

Her L.A. PRIDE performance was particularly impressive. For someone so young, her stage-presence was that of seasoned vet, singing with ease while hitting all of her choreographed moves with her dancers. She recently released a cover of Paula Abdul’s “Straight Up” and when she performed the song for the crowd, she easily gained several new fans.
