LONG BEACH, CA- Josh Heinrichs was another performer at One Love that really put me a great, mellow mood. Josh is an American reggae singer/songwriter who was formerly the lead singer of the reggae band Jah Roots and following departure from the established band in 2008 he launched a successful solo career and even started his own record label, GanJah Records.
In my eyes, Josh was like a reggae cherub. When he walked onto the stage, his portly frame and wide smile automatically set the tone for his laid back performance. He literally had everyone feeling “Good Vibes” when he performed the song of the same name during the middle of his set.
Towards the end of his performance, he invited his friends Preston Lee and GanJah records alum SkillinJah to the stage to perform a song together (see the found video below) which really brought the whole performance together with essence of unified reggae love.
