The U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team defeated Paraguay today 1-0 and advanced into the quarterfinals of the Copa America Centenario . The big news though is that Costa Rica beat Columbia 3-2 which propels the USMNT to the winners of their group. The victories American squad and champs of Group A are off to Seattle for yet another chance to keep pushing within the tournament. Now the Americans will host the runner-up in Group B, to be decided when that group closes play on Sunday. Brazil, Peru and Ecuador are all in contention for the first and second seeds out of the group.
