On this extended cut of FTD’s Road to the Restaurant, we’re looking back at the journey of opening Action Bronson’s restaurant pop-up Chumbeh. First up, we had to create a menu. We started this project in a test kitchen experimenting with recipes like marinated feta cheese wings, croquettes, and a unique teriyaki burger. We then found unique and local NYC ingredients to put together an epic tasting session inspired by Action’s favorite dishes. Once we nailed the menu, it was time to serve. For one night only in LA and NYC, Action Bronson opened Chumbeh with the help of his closest friends and crew. Enjoy!
