As of March 23rd Usher‘s critically acclaimed album, Confessions turned 13-years-old. With the album playing host to some of R&B’s greatest hits like “Superstar,” “Burn,” and the album-titled single, “Confessions,” there’s no doubt that its significance lives on today.

Paying homage to another one of his idols, singer BJ The Chicago Kid takes a few of his favorite Confessions tracks and makes them his own. The crooner always has a way of dowsing his artistry in love and this is no different.
