Kronika a/k/a SouL Sista a/k/a Headnodika a/k/a Fire Starter a/k/a Bomba Sound Selekta took to the ones and twos to drop some phat beats on the Indentity L.A. crowd. As an integral part of the “Soulection” collective, Kronika’s tastes and flavors are beyond reproach. She clearly know what’s hot and what’s not, as was evidenced by all of the bobbing heads in the crowd on this afternoon.
Her set mixed in a variety of styles, demonstrating her wide range of musical knowledge, and each transition was virtually seamless, making for a performance that had the audience moving to her rhythms for the entirety of her time on stage.
