Many of us ran to our nearest gym after seeing Teyana Taylor’s well oiled body make its television debut in Kanye West’s visual for “Fade.” Now the 26-year-old body goals singer and dancer is setting out to launch her very own dance workout series entitled, Fade 2 Fit.
“I wanted to share my secret and show everybody how I get my body,” Teyana tells Vogue.
As if the music video and anticipated workout plan weren’t enough, Teyana has collaborated with Vogue to promote fitness with style. The high-end dance inspired workout video is directed by Matt Baron (Major Lazer’s “Cold Water”). It shows the fitspirationalist taking over a suite at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria in New York City, running through its halls, slipping out of her gown and hitting a few signature moves from the “Fade” video.
In the 15- and 20-minute videos, Fade 2 Fit blasts through a warm-up, followed by calorie-torching, cardio-based choreography that feels less like a fitness torture and more like an impromptu dance party.
Fade 2 Fit is set to stream this February.
