At a time where the 90’s era is having a major influence on today’s pop culture, Delaware native Rell Jerv revisits a classic Mary J. Blige hit to convey his coming of age story. Produced by The Mak3rs, “School’s Out” is said to paint the perfect picture of adulthood.
Rell said in a recent interview, “I told stories about what I did coming up, and how I adapted to my environment. A.Jo speaking at the end pretty much sums it up, we get away with so much while we are young,” he continued, “but after high school real life hits and there is no one you can lean or depend on anymore and every decision you make determines where you end up in life.”
