In a recent HOT 97 Flex freestyle session, Iman Shumpert, the small forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers, makes it very clear that he’s more than just your average ball-player.
Shumpert has been dabbling in the rap game for the past few years now, having made the odd track here and there, including a particularly well-documented response to Kendrick Lamar’s “Control” verse. In his latest endeavor on Funkmaster Flex‘s show, the NBA star flows over the Kanye West-produced beat “Grammy Family.”
Needless to say, Flex, Desus and Mero were all pretty taken back by Shumpert’s heavy hitting bars.
