In our final episode, documenting the current state of Mexican cuisine in NYC, we visit two staples of the Mexican community in Queens, Mariscos Submarinos and Mayas Snackbar. For this food adventure, Action enlisted two of the chefs from the first episode, Yara Herrera and Milton Rivella. Our first stop is for Mexican-style seafood done in every style, from ceviches to grilled shrimp to octopus tacos. And for the second stop, we hit the wildest desert place of any cultural origin- Mayas Snack Bar. This place has the widest selection of food and dessert on planet earth.
