Veteran UK rapper Unkle Festa goes hard with the powerful ‘Out Your Mind’, an uncompromising take on the UK’s knife crime epidemic – and a hard-hitting rallying call to put a stop to it.
Festa came to prominence with Mud Fam in the early 2000s since when he has developed his vintage flow, and on his latest track – set over a haunting piano-led beat – he asks “how many of our children have to be dead” before rattling off a motormouth chorus, using the power of hip-hop to push for social change.
